1. Returns for Printed Books
-Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.

3. E-books / Digital Products
– Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is defective.

4. Refund Processing
– Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
